About the artist
Exhibitions and Collectors

Graham has held numerous solo exhibitions with major galleries across several states and has a strong collector base.

Artistic Style and Materials

Graham’s work focuses primarily on impressionistic interpretations of the Australian landscape, from the ocean to the outback. Large blocks of colour define his bold abstract and representational pieces, which capture both emotion and detail.

He works on large, timber-framed canvases, using acrylic and oil paints, oil sticks and charcoal. Applied with palette knives and brushes, these materials create works rich in texture and colour.

Aerial Farmscapes

Featured in “The Land” Magazine, Graham is the founder of Aerial Farmscapes, a contemporary painted interpretation of the aerial photographs that once served as centrepieces in many rural properties.

These large impressionistic paintings depict selected areas of farms or properties from an aerial perspective, drawing inspiration from those traditional photographs.

Commissions and Workshops

Graham undertakes commissions and runs multiple teaching workshops throughout the year.

When he is not painting or teaching, Graham spends time in the country, finding inspiration for his next piece.
